Hey Everyone!!!

The R&B Bar Crawl is going down TODAY and best of all, no rain!!!

Here’s some important information to help you navigate your way throughout the day:

-The Bar Crawl is from 2-10pm. Once you arrive, you can check in at the first stop, V14 STREET LOUNGE (2100 14th St. NW) and have a RegMoPromo team member scan the ticket barcode on your phone or printout (they will be wearing a RegMoPromo Staff T-Shirt and standing behind our table under the tent outside).

After you check-in, you will receive a wristband that will allow you free entrance to every bar on the bar crawl during their allotted time and a swag bag (while supplies last). If you arrive after the first bar closes, no worries, there will be RegMoPromo team members outside of each of the other bars during their scheduled times to check you in (see schedule below).

-If you haven’t purchased tickets yet, they will be sold at every stop or online at: https://rnbbarcrawlaug31.eventbrite.com

-Your Valid Government ID will be checked at every bar. It can be a little frustrating, but each venue is in charge of letting guests in so there is no way around it. You must be 21+ years old to join the crawl.

-We recommend that you pay as you go or use cash and not start a tab for the quickest service. Starting tabs can take a long time to close out when it gets busy. Also, just a heads up, gratuity may be added already to your tab at most venues.

-You can move any which way you want throughout the event. If one bar is too crowded, you can hop to the next, head back to the previous one, or just rock at the same spot.

-Party hard, but be aware that if you’ve had a bit too much, bars can deny service or entry at their discretion. Remember it’s a marathon, not a sprint:)

-STAY HYDRATED. DRINK WATER.
Most underrated rule of drinking.

-DO NOT DRIVE DRUNK. Plain and simple. Lyft, Uber, bus, train, sober friend...anything but being wasted behind the wheel.

-And lastly the easiest part of every crawl - HAVE FUN!!!

Hey Y’all!!

The Hip Hop R&B Yacht Party is today!!

Get ready for a spectacular cruise out of Annapolis aboard The Catherine Marie Yacht!!

Here’s a couple of important things to remember for the party:

- BE PUNCTUAL. Check-in begins at 4pm. We will board on the yacht starting at 4:45pm.The boat will leave promptly at 5pm. RegMoPromo staff will be standing at the furthest point of the Annapolis City Dock by the river to check you in. Look for the Hip Hop R&B Yacht Party sidewalk sign, RegMoPromo tent, and table on the deck near the water. We will scan your phone or printed ticket and give you a wristband and boarding ticket. Plan to arrive at least 1 hour before we depart to allow time for parking and in case you get lost😉

-The closest parking garage is Noah Hillman Garage 150 Gorman St., Annapolis, MD. Please allow yourself ample time to find parking. It is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the parking garage to the end of the dock where we board.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS IF YOU ARE LATE OR DON’T SHOW UP. NO ONE WILL BE LET ON THE BOAT ONCE THE GATE CLOSES AT 5PM. We will return at 8:00pm.

- You must have a valid form of ID and be over 21 to board. No exceptions.

- This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. The yacht has 2 spacious interior floors that are climate controlled if the weather doesn’t cooperate.

- Outside alcohol or drinks are not permitted on the boat. There are full service bars on each floor where you can get your drink on! Cashless (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), Credit Cards, or cash are accepted forms of payment.

- Hungry? We got you covered! Everyday People DC and RegMoPromo will be catering the cruise. Plates can be purchased with Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle.

-No smoking anything is allowed on this boat, even vapes.

- Lastly, wear comfortable shoes. DJ DC Infamous and DJ Run It Back Jack will have you dancing….. a lot.

This Yacht Party was the true definition of it's not how you start but how you finish! We got through a 30 minute hurricane at check-in and turned tf UP after on that yacht!! Shouts to DJ DC Infamous and Run It Back Jack for getting us hype immediately and big props to all of y'all who braved the storm and were patient with us as we did our best to get through that difficult situation. We truly appreciate it🙏🏾🙏🏾 See you on the yacht August 18th!!!

This was easily top 3 yacht parties we've ever thrown since we started in 2015. Thank y'all for bringing insane energy to the party and simply just having a good time.
