Based on what I have seen, many people use social media quite frequently. Depending on the platform, they post every hour (or multiple times within the same hour). If you are one of those individuals, then you are not alone. As for me, I have days that I post very frequently for various reasons, and I also have experienced the benefit of social media breaks. So if you feel you are in need of a social media break, then take one. Your spirit will thank you for it.
