Suggestion for Women over 50 concerned about financial stability in this chaotic moment…

If you own a home and you’re thinking tou should pay down your mortgage heres a good suggestion to help ease sn idty sbd be strateguc:

1. Every month put the money you were going to use to pay the house down fast in a savings account instead of on the mortgage.

2. In a set amount of months, maybe by September if you feel more confident in how things are going. Take half of that money and put it towards the principle. Keep half in that account and pay half towards the mortgage principal.

3. Keep putting $$’s in the account every month.

4. By December take a pulse check for your confidence. If it’s high take half of the $$’s out, and put it towards the principal.

5. Keep doing this for as long as it makes sense

Basically, you won’t be putting all of your eggs in one basket. Let me know if this suggestion is helpful.

Women over 50 take note…

She publicly reclaimed her power after both white and Black people attempted to shame her for representing her Compton culture after a Wimbledon win 12 years ago. Seriously, they tried to take her out. Called her names and acted as if her award should be revoked. Simply for being herself.

She showed up once again not to say I’m the GOAT, but to say I will not be controlled or erased by anyone. She repped FREEDOM over everything!

According to the Post, since shortly after the election, Musk’s DOGE team has been requesting access to payment systems under the Bureau of the Fiscal Service that control the distribution of more than $6 trillion in annual funds.

Some of the payments that run through the bureau include Social Security and Medicare benefits, tax refunds, and federal salaries.
