Meghan Trainor, 30, admitted she’s had “too much Botox” to the point where she “cannot smile” while speaking on the Nov. 20 episode of Workin' On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor podcast.

“I got too much Botox and I need help,” Meghan confessed, laughing. “I messed up. I've had Botox, like, a handful of times … just my forehead.”

The “Made You Look” singer also shared that she’d had filler on her upper lip, which she also regrets. “Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip,” she said. “And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living — it was not true.” - PEOPLE

Meghan explained that following the cosmetic procedures, “I cannot smile anymore.” She then looked at the camera, smiling, as she said, “Look, this is as big as I can smile.”

Malik, 31, dedicated his song “It’s You” to Payne while performing his Stairway to the Sky Tour in the late singer’s hometown of Wolverhampton, England, on Friday, Nov. 29. He also shared a few words publicly about his late former bandmate, who died on Oct. 16, for the first time.

In a video posted by a fan on X (formerly Twitter), Malik told fans, “So I’ve been doing something at the end of the show every night and it is being dedicated to my brother Liam Payne,” as the crowd responded with a loud cheer.

Malik continued to Payne, “Rest in peace. I hope you see this. We’re in your hometown tonight, Wolverhampton. This is for you Liam. Here's another song, ‘It’s You.’ ”

Payne died at age 31 after falling multiple stories from the balcony of his hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina on Oct. 16. -- PEOPLE.com

Bob Bryar -- the dummer for My Chemical Romance from 2004 to 2014 -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Bryar was found dead in his Tennessee home Tuesday after last being seen alive on November 4.

There is no foul play suspected, we're told, because all of Bryar's weapons and music equipment in the home were left untouched.

Animal Control came to the house after the body -- which we're told was badly decomposed -- was discovered and took two dogs away. The medical examiner is investigating the cause and manner of Bryar's death.

(TMZ) Taylor Swift is on Target to clean up this XMAS, because her merch is flying off the shelves.

Target teamed up with T.S. to make Black Friday an "Eras" spectacular ... and unsurprisingly, fans lined up in droves across the U.S. of A.

They came, they bought ... yep, everything they could carry -- a limited edition of the "Eras" book, her C.D., vinyls, etc, etc.

Taylor Swift is on Target to clean up this XMAS, because her merch is flying off the shelves.
