WHEN SOMEONE LOVES YOU, YOU KNOW IT
When someone loves you, you know it and you will feel it. There will be evidence to attest to it.
Here are some of the evidences...
✅ ATTENTION
When someone loves you, he or she will give you attention. We give attention to the things we love.
✅ CARE
When someone loves you, they will care about your well-being. Anyone who doesn't care about your well-being doesn't love you.
✅ COMMUNICATION
When someone loves you, they will communicate with you as much as possible. Hearing the voice of the one you love is a delight.
✅ GIVING
The natural outlet of love is giving. When someone loves you, they will give to you. There doesn't necessarily have to be money, but there will be giving.
✅ SPENDING TIME TOGETHER
When someone loves you, they will want and long to spend time with you. When you love someone, you will crave the person's presence. Anyone who doesn't like spending time with you, may not love you.
✅ SACRIFICE
The ultimate test of love is sacrifice. Love is not selfish. Love is always spent at the expense of the loved one. Someone who doesn't go out of their way from time to time to make you feel good, may not love you. Love is a sacrifice.
✅ PATIENCE
When someone loves you, they will be patient with you. They will be patient with your weaknesses, free time, etc.
✅ PROTECTION
When someone loves you, they will try to protect you from harm, they will make sure you are safe.
✅ KINDNESS
When someone loves you, they will be kind to you. Love is kind. Harshness is a sign of hate, resentment, or anger, not a sign of love.
✅ VULNERABILITY
When someone loves you, they will be vulnerable to you. They will let their guard down, let down their defense, dismantle the barricade and show you the weak side of them hoping that you won't hurt them.
✅ SUPPORT
When someone loves you, they will support you in whatever capacity they can. They will support your dreams and aspirations, they will support you financially, spiritually, emotionally and otherwise.
✅ INVESTMENT
When someone loves you, they will invest in you to make you better than they met you mentally, emotionally, financially etc. Love accumulates. So here are some of the signs that show someone loves you.
How do you know love is real?
✅ Give it Time
I read something by Reno Omokri recently that made so much sense to me. In fact, it put what I want to say into perfect perspective for me.
He says, “No mask can be worn forever. Give people time. Their mask will fall. Until then, don’t marry or do business with them. Keep loving, but be alert.”
You can’t cover up pregnancy forever, eventually it will be revealed for all to see.
So, give the person time. He says he loves you with all his heart, you are his morning star, sunshine, sugar in his tea, butter on his bread and his only woman, no problem. Give him time.
When he asks you for s*x and you tell him no s*x until marriage, will he still love you?
When you are in a very difficult situation, maybe you are seriously ill, will he still love you?
She says she loves you, you are her world and you mean everything to her. Without you she cannot live or survive. You are her oxygen and life force. No problem. Give her time.
When you lose your job or suffer a big blow to your business, will she still love you?
When you are broke and unable to meet your financial needs, will you still love or disappear with someone else?
Don't rush things. Give it time. Time is a tell-tale. Time will reveal to you whether the love is real or not, over time you will get to know whether the person is telling the truth or lying.
Love perseveres and love endures for a long time. Keep loving, but be alert.
