💫 Wellness Wednesday

Imagine working out and one of the gym staff walks up to you holding a picture of you 🥲. A picture that encapsulates resilience, fight, will, determination and God’s grace - WOW!!!

From 2021-2024 I have had to Recover and Rebuild 4 times having had major surgery each year.

😫2021 Total Right Hip Replacement
😫2022 Posterior Cervical Spinal Fusion C3-C5
😫2023 Right Knee Surgery
😫Total Thyroid Removal and Follicular Thyroid Cancer Removal

✊🏾I fought my body back! I stood up to my will, my weakness and the worse of me and took control of life. I decided I would be strong and that I WIN!!!

🥂Cheers to leveling up (no alcohol for me 😬) and thankful to God for the power to stand in strength and as a model for my kids, family and whoever. EFFORT over EXCUSES🔥

🛑 Stop Demonizing Food – Build a Healthy Relationship Instead

👉🏾Too often, we label foods as “good” or “bad,” making eating feel like a battle between discipline and guilt. But the truth? No single food will make or break your progress. It’s your overall habits that matter.

A healthy relationship with food means:
✅ Understanding that all foods can fit into a balanced lifestyle
✅ Prioritizing nutrient-dense foods while still enjoying your favorites
✅ Letting go of guilt and learning portion control instead of restriction

👉🏾You don’t have to cut out the foods you love to reach your goals—you just need balance, consistency, and a sustainable approach. Whether it’s building muscle, leaning out, or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, food should fuel both your body and your enjoyment of life.

How do you maintain balance in your diet while working toward your goals? Let’s hear it in the comments! ⬇️

💣 Lose Weight the Right Way: Focus on Fat Loss & Body Recomposition

Weight loss isn’t just about seeing a lower number on the scale—it’s about losing fat while building or maintaining muscle for a lean, strong physique. Here’s how to do it right:

✅ Prioritize Protein – Fuels muscle retention and keeps you full.
✅ Strength Train – Lifting weights preserves muscle while burning fat.
✅ Stay in a Small Caloric Deficit – Too much restriction leads to muscle loss.
✅ Move More – Daily activity and cardio help accelerate fat loss.
✅ Prioritize Sleep & Recovery – Poor sleep disrupts fat-burning hormones.

The goal isn’t just to be lighter—it’s to be leaner, stronger, and healthier. Lose fat, not muscle. Rebuild, don’t just shrink. 💪🔥

🗣️ I Know You Ate… But Did You Fuel Your Body?

There’s a difference between eating and fueling your body. You can fill your stomach with anything, but if your meals lack the nutrients your body needs, you’ll feel sluggish, unfocused, and underpowered.

Ask yourself:
✅ Did my meal give me lasting energy?
✅ Did it support my muscles, metabolism, and recovery?
✅ Did it help me perform at my best—physically and mentally?

👉🏾Fast food, processed snacks, and empty calories might satisfy hunger, but they won’t sustain you. Real fuel—lean proteins, quality carbs, and healthy fats—powers your performance, sharpens your mind, and keeps you resilient.

👉🏾Make the choice today: Eat with purpose. Fuel for results.

🧨PSA: You can STILL thrive

⛈️ In times like these, relying on a single income stream or waiting for the economy to stabilize isn’t a strategy—it’s a gamble.

💡 This is your chance to stop waiting for opportunities and start creating them. Your future isn’t something you watch happen—it’s something you build, brick by brick, starting today!

📨YOU are invited to attend a listening session to hear about some valuable information in the entrepreneurial space that can change your life. The milion dollar idea is already in place and this opportunity has been the solution for thousands and I’m certain it will be THE solution for you.

Would you like to attend? Comment “yes” and I’ll DM you the invite for TONIGHT!
