This year’s theme, 100 Years of Broadway, is a spectacular celebration featuring over 200 students from 5th through 12th grades. Performers represent Forest Edge, Fox Mill, Hunters Woods, Lake Anne, Sunrise, and Terraset Elementary Schools, along with Langston Hughes and Rachel Carson Middle Schools, and South Lakes High School. This past Saturday Reston Town Center’s owner BXP partnered up with Maker’s Union Pub at Town Center and Ice God, a company that makes custom ice-structures. Ice skating and hot chocolate added to the “Ice-travaganza”, as viewers got to watch ice being expertly carved. It was a perfect way to top off an incredibly cold stretch of winter weather.
