We visited and set with some great organization and some successful one. Idaho is about 89% nonblack so they face different challenges than us in the south. Still a high % of racism. One place Sandtown Idaho is a sundown town in 2024 and no blacks live there or can. But we did get in for a few meetings. Success in the community is our vision so we do what we have to do for the success of NexxGen & Beyond Inc
We got to see how organizations operate with blackness and the effects. And how organizations grow many of them.!! And we no organizing is number 1. Understanding is the birth place of blackness
