3 Tips on content batching ‼️‼️‼️

These are just a few tips to help with content batching. Doing this technique will save you so much time!

Brainstorming content ideas is first, I recommend starting by going over the pillars of your page to remember what you want to say to your audience. Think of ways to express that in your own creative way.

Write the captions ahead of time like way ahead of time. I recommend about a month's worth, which means make a month's worth of content. We can always tell you’ve “winged it” with your captions. Speak as if you are speaking directly to your audience and you genuinely want to give them helpful advice

And put your content on a schedule , this way you can keep up with what you are posting, so when you are “experimenting” you can keep track of how well it did, who it reached based on what you were trying. Also reassures you that you are right on time with your postings to further keep track of your content.

These few tips have helped me tremendously and also saved me boat loads of time and lessens the stress of posting. I know exactly what’s being posted, when, and what results I’m hoping to get from them

Whatever you do, don’t wait until you’re overwhelmed and exhausted to get a virtual assistant.

3 Tips to improve your reel quality

Reels are really fun to make, especially when they come out exactly as you imagined. These tips helped me and I hope they help you !

You need good lighting, the best lighting you can have is natural light, like from a window or just being outside in general. So that your viewers can see you clearly without any issues!

It’s also very important to properly place your title where you can see it no matter what. Depending on how your audience is viewing they won’t be able to see the title if it’s too high up or too far down.

And last but not least, please utilize the timer feature! This will help you make the perfect reel because you’ll have time to get prepared and in place without all the extra cropping and retakes.

Reels are by far my favorite feature! I love videos and video editing and I’d thought I’d share a few of my tricks with you!

✨ when a client hires you on the spot without any interview or consultation and avoids coming in direct contact with you is a sign they may not be who they say they are.

✨If they ask you to pay any money to work with them! This is a major red flag, you are offering a service they should be paying you not the other way around

✨if they are willing to pay you much more for your services than you charge. To entice you especially if you are a new virtual assistant like myself it may seem like you hit the jackpot but really they want to get your attention to scam you !
