🌟 Meet Nicole Nappi, our 4th FIERCE Woman of the Month! 🌟

After dedicating 14 years to teaching in Sarasota County Schools, Nicole saw the need for something more. In 2019, she took action, founding Moving Mountains, a nonprofit dedicated to shaping the leaders of tomorrow through community service.

Today, Moving Mountains empowers over 400 middle school students across six South Sarasota County clubs to lead impactful initiatives, from supporting elderly care centers to helping struggling families and fellow students. Nicole's passion for education and her commitment to giving back have created a legacy of compassion, leadership, and change.

Rev. Turk has laid to rest individuals from all walks of life, reminding us that “Your life story is still your life story, and it is worth celebrating.” Her work is emotionally challenging, but she finds strength in the gratitude she receives: “When a family hugs me three, four, or five times, it’s really rewarding.”

Her compassion and dedication make her a shining example of giving back to the community in a deeply personal and meaningful way.
