Apologies for not having posted on this page in a long while. Unfortunately, I just haven’t had any business to post about. I’m seriously considering just shutting down for the time being and just doing my own projects in my spare time. I’ve had many projects that have either fallen through or stalled out before they even got started. The most recent project I was hoping to get was pretty much it for me.
I consider myself a professional and have always stood behind my work. Each successive project this studio has been involved in has sounded better and better. A couple recent projects haven’t even been heard (they were “proof of concepts” essentially) and are some of the best I’ve ever done. But no revenue for over a year and a half just isn’t sustainable. For any business. Putting money into a studio and getting zero results just isn’t smart. It’s been frustrating honestly. Who knows what the future holds but for now, this studio is on its last footing.
I want to thank everyone who has supported me and this studio since its beginning. My own studio skills have improved and grown substantially over such a short period of time. But I don’t see many projects, if anything, on the horizon going forward. I’m frustrated and disappointed but at the same time hopeful. I know what this studio is capable of. And it’s great things. Convincing others, however, is something I’m not very good at.
