Great write-up for Elle Carpenter and the cover single, Beneath Still Waters. The song was originally written by Dallas Frazier for George Jones and later covered by Emmylou Harris. Elle's version appears on the recently released What Happens Now album and was produced by the incredible Colin McCaffrey. One of the gems on the album no doubt.
