28 of the countries best pizzaioli will face off all day, Nov. 8th during the The Pizza Tomorrow Summit in a non-traditional, best-pie event, enduring both semi final and final rounds.

The second day of pizza shenanigans holds the USPT Acrobatic Trials, featuring events like Largest Dough Stretch, Fastest Pie Maker and Fastest Box Folder, all culminating in the visually mesmerizing Freestyle Acrobatics, ensuring the 2 days of pizza passion during the Galbani Pizza Cup, will be full of non-stop pizza action!

On the line are 2 grand prize trips to the Campionato Mondiale della Pizza in Parma, Italy in 2024. With several returning champions, a panel of elite pizza judges will make sure only the best of the best will represent the USA in culinary and acrobatic competition in the birthplace of pizza.

But from a pizzeria operator's perspective, worrying about whether or not Wawa Pizza is "good" may be missing the point.
