‼️RECORD-BREAKING: André 3000 has made Billboard chart history with his new album of flute music “New Blue Sun”

According to Billboard, the song “I Swear, I Really Wanted to Make a ‘Rap’ Album But This Is Literally the Way the Wind Blew Me This Time” entered the Hot 100, becoming the longest-running song to have ever hit the chart. And the song is clocking in at 12 minutes and 20 seconds.

With its placement on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 90, Andre beats the band Tool's "Fear Inoculum," which previously held the record at 10 minutes and 21 seconds. 🎵👏 Congrats André!

Today, we honor the tenacity and vision of our beloved, Seven Jewels, and their founding of our illustrious Fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In their grand design, they recognized the need for an organization not only to promote brotherhood and the higher ideals of manhood, but the duty we have to our community and to our fellow man.⁠

Since our inception, we have set ourselves apart from those who would follow by embracing the moniker, Men of Distinction. This is not a label we should ever take for granted or brandish lightly.⁠
