Don't be confused by the words, look at the actions and ask is the person receiving Assistance and can the person perform their own self directed care with Assistance. If the person is completely reliant on others, they may be a candidate for Memory Care or Skilled Nursing Care, of SNF. Consult your doctors, medical experts, and do not settle with the first bit of advice or direction given in such an important area.
