Assisted Living ABUSE Businesses with a duty to care are victimizing their patients out of greed! We are here to share who they are and what they are doing! Spread the word!

We are a private web page, publishing under the First Amendment rights granted to everyone, in addition to our Human Rights, and as such, request you consider helping Seniors, families, the disabled and insurance companies who often pay for care, information YOU and you ALONE often possess. At present, our focus is America's residential care industry for Seniors and the Disabled, whether is goes b

y the name Independent, Assisted, Memory, or Nursing Care as patients may be in any of these four types of care but essentially be receiving care according to how Assisted Living was intended to be experienced. Don't be confused by the words, look at the actions and ask is the person receiving Assistance and can the person perform their own self directed care with Assistance. If the person is completely reliant on others, they may be a candidate for Memory Care or Skilled Nursing Care, of SNF. Consult your doctors, medical experts, and do not settle with the first bit of advice or direction given in such an important area. At least get a second opinion to confirm your initial assessment of the level of care needed. Do you have experience in the Assisted Living industry as a worker, manager, resident, or vendor? Are you aware of abuse, neglect, and malpractice? Are you unsure of what to do? Consider consulting an attorney for legal advice, but for news information, you may want to consider our resource, both to learn, but also to provide a voice often missing, our page, Assisted Living Abuse. We can provide space for people to sound off, within limits. However, we ask all to publish information they have first hand knowledge of or verifiable sources to. All published material become the property of Assisted Living Abuse and by availing yourself of our resources, including publishing your story here and may be republished elsewhere and users of our page herewith release all interest and liability for articles republished that can not be withdrawn. We encourage you to "speak up", so others can be spared the pain of a horrible experience in an Assisted Living facility that falls short of industry standards, and thus may save the lives of patients who entrust themselves to a medical facility for care, not abuse.

Psalm 91
1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a]
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”

3 Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.

9 If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

14 “Because he[b] loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”
