On August 31, 2004, at approximately 8:30 p.m. Susan Perkins and a friend were tinting windows in a salon on Maitland Avenue. A masked black male entered the salon. He was armed with an unknown type of rifle. The suspect ordered Susan and the other female victim into Susan’s red Ford Focus and made them drive to the Washington Mutual Bank at 500 E. Altamonte Drive. After making the victim withdraw money from her account via the drive-through ATM, the suspect ordered the victim out of the vehicle and into the trunk.
While leaving the bank, the victims were able to utilize the emergency release handle inside the trunk. The victims leaped from the trunk, but Susan struck her head on the pavement in her brave attempt to escape. She suffered fatal injuries.
In this case, the suspect is described as a black male of medium build. He wore a mask and long-sleeve military-style jacket and was said to have possibly smelled of motor oil.

Baytown Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,000 for any information leading to the whereabouts of Kalie Goodwin. If you have any information, please contact Baytown Crime Stoppers through one of these three methods:
• P3 App: https://p3tips.com/app.aspx?ID=0
• Phone: (281) 427-8477 (TIPS)
• Website: https://www.p3tips.com/tipform.aspx?ID=544 #

Kalie was reported missing on April 22, 2024, after her mother received a call from an unknown male demanding money via CashApp. Detectives have been working tirelessly to locate Kalie, who was last seen on April 21, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, leaving an apartment in the 3100 block of Decker in a vehicle with an unknown male.

Through our investigation, detectives identified a vehicle tied to the CashApp account and traced it to 39-year-old Quan Flowers, who was driving the vehicle in the Baytown area when Kalie was last seen. With the help of the Houston Police Department, Flowers was located and arrested. Additional information led detectives to a residence in Houston where evidence connected to Kalie's disappearance was found.

On June 20, 2024, Aggravated Kidnapping charges were filed against Flowers. Kalie is still considered missing, and we believe she may be in the Houston area, near Hiram Clarke Road and W Fuqua Street.

There's actually quite a bit on this man however, I do question how his disappearance has been portrayed (there's actually a 'musical' version: https://keysweekly.com/42/where-is-bum-farto-key-wests-notorious-drug-dealing-fire-chief-is-now-a-musical/ . A criminal - yes, but missing, nonetheless. I'd be interested in knowing if any family members have ever entered their DNA in a database. Currently, in NamUs there are about 45 people listed as 'unidentified' in Monroe County, and almost 900 'unidentified' people listed from the entire state of Florida. https://www.namus.gov/UnidentifiedPersons/Search #

Lawton, Oklahoma: As of today, Shane's family is still waiting for justice. They have lost their son, others have lost a friend, a man described as a person who never met a stranger. He has a kind face, and I am sure he is sorely missed by those who knew and loved him.

Police are investigating the death of a man found in a Lawton neighborhood on New Years Eve who was later identified as Shane Chockpoyah. Chockpoyah’s alleged killer is currently in custody on a second degree murder charge. Chockpoyah was the only child of Rose and Eddie. The couple raised their family in Walters, and recently moved to Grandfield. Shane was a Texas Tech graduate who made friends everywhere he went. While recalling their son’s memory, his parents said he had a personality that could make anyone laugh. His father said he never met a stranger. “He never met a stranger,” Eddie Chockpoyah said. “I don’t care who you were. If you were there and he spoke to you, he had you either laughing or crying. Either one of the two.” “Everyone loved him. I mean he just had that personality,” Rose Chockpoyah said. Eddie and Rose urge anyone with any information whatsoever to contact authorities to help get justice for their son. His family will hold a candlelight vigil for Shane on Saturday, February 4. It starts at 5 p.m. at Sultan Park in Walters, everyone is welcome to attend.
