This week we mourn the loss of Mr. Harold Fisher who was a great leader in our community. Throughout the many years that Mr. Fisher served as county commissioner, he voluntarily served on numerous boards throughout the county because he cared so deeply about the people in his community. Commissioner Fisher was heavily involved with the Rhea County Fairgrounds and played a crucial role in it becoming what an asset it is today. He has always been a dear friend to me and the whole Rhea County Sheriff’s Department and he will be greatly missed. I ask that you please keep his family in your prayers during this difficult time.
