A little something in honor of National Radio Day. Check it out before they take it down! LOL.
In honor of National Radio Day 2024, here's a collection of odds and ends from NYC/CT area radio stations.
From CT, a Part 15 radio station playing music from the late 70s to the 2000s, spanning all genres. You might hear some surprises too....tune in today!

Want your business to be the top-listed Media Company?
Radio Free Connecticut is a Part 15 AM radio station. According to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), if a station’s broadcast output is kept to one hundred milliwatts or less, said station is not required to possess a licence to broadcast. As our signal meets these federal guidelines, we inherently have been authorized by the FCC.
Regrettably, there are some stations that make it a habit to intentionally interfere with other area stations (you may have heard about some of these “pirate” stations). Radio Free Connecticut has gone to great lengths to ensure that we are not one of them. Our small, community-based signal does not interfere or harm anyone, and may even provide a key service to the community. We’re proud to present music and programming that you can’t hear anywhere else, and be “your true alternative”.
