The auction has been set up on Facebook and is being facilitated by our trusted friend Delphine Douillet through her page.
If you have any questions, DO NOT post them on the Auction page, but on the Art Sherpa Official page, which is a different page, where Donna and Colleen will be happy to answer you back. We’re dividing our tasks to offer you the best support and run a smooth event.
The ART SHERPA Official page is private. Make sure you send your request to join ahead of time so Donna or Colleen can approve. This is the Key to communicating through the Auction. I can’t emphasise this enough, do not post any comments on the Auction page, it will be disregarded, not because we don’t care, but because we need it clear for all the bids and instructions.
So one more time: Q&A and comments through the ART SHERPA OFFICIAL PAGE. The Auction and Bidding are through Delphine Douillet’s page, just search ART SHERPA AUCTION SALE.
Auction Schedule:
The auction will run from Friday, Nov 14th, to Sunday, Nov 16th at 6 pm. All times are PACIFIC TIME. Any bidding before or after those times will be deleted without warning. The last valid bid will be 5:59. Any bid marked at 6:00 will be INVALID and deleted. Bids are only valid if received by the system before that exact time, not at or after. NO Exception. Plan accordingly.
Paintings & Sizes:
Each artwork was hand-painted and signed by our beloved Cinnamon Cooney, The Art Sherpa.
Available sizes include: 8x8, 8x10, 9x12, 10x10, 11x14, and 12x12.
Most paintings are on stretched canvas, and some 11x14 on canvas panel (flat board).
How to Bid:
Once you’re on the main page of the Auction, go to media, then Albums (for Laptop) or just Albums ( for smartphones view), and click on the image to open the album and see all the paintings running for auction. Click on the one you’re interested in and place your bid in the comments section.
Keep your bid clear and simple (e.g., "$100"). No words.
Bidding Rules:
Opening bids vary by painting.
All bids must increase in $10 increments (e.g., $110 → $120). Any lower increments will be invalid and deleted without warning.
Bids are final sale—no refunds or cancellations. Once you submit your bid, you agree to pay that amount if you win.
Payment & Shipping:
Invoices will be sent by email the day after the auction closes. We will communicate through Facebook Messenger privately to ask for your personal info if you’re a winner.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Venmo, or Zelle.
Shipping and taxes will be added to your invoice based on the weight, size, and destination. Expect shipping to cost $20. It includes insurance and a signature (optional).
Once the invoice is sent, payment must be completed within 24 hours, or the painting will go to the next highest bidder.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages handled by the Post Office.
