In a world where social media never sleeps and a day and age where we have so many means of communication in order to be accessible to our fellow team members, influencers and clients, we couldn’t help but wonder … what healthy work boundaries have you set that have helped prevent digital burnout? 🤔💬 For those that work from home, establishing “working hours” is important, since that typically won’t look like the traditional 9 to 5. Maybe that means having an hour blocked out for working out midday or for a long walk after lunch. PSA: Please don’t buy fake followers or engagement—ever (whether you’re an influencer or brand). 🙏 Why? As Instagram continues to crack down on bots and fake accounts, those who have purchased followers in the past are way more susceptible to having their account temporarily disabled or even deleted. Brands looking to partner with influencers are also looking at engagement rates to determine who they want to collaborate with (not follower counts), meaning that getting rid of any fake followers who aren’t interacting with your account can actually improve your engagement rate and potential to work with brands. Plus, once you do buy followers, the negative effects are long-lasting and it’s really difficult to get organic engagement back up. Lastly, many companies selling fake/bot followers aren’t legitimate and can commit credit card fraud once you provide your information. Just don’t do it! 😉 #imaneditour #dontmakeunnecessaryjourneys
