These young Ukrainian students lived with Wyoming host families for two weeks in the fall of 2017 as a part of the Cincinnati-Kharkiv Sister City Partnership. Today, their hometown of Kharkiv is under attack. Many Wyoming families are still in contact with these students and are praying for their safety. Our thoughts are with these students and their entire families during this incredibly horrible situation 💙.

The Doughboy statue was unveiled at the Civic Center 95 years ago today in honor of Veteran's Day. Thank you to all the Wyoming men and women who have served and who continue to serve our country!

Happy Valentine's Day! Our February issue has arrived - many thanks to the nine couples who shared their pandemic wedding stories to create "Wyoming Weddings: The 2020 Edition."

Every February we share heartwarming Valentine stories about Wyoming couples – high school or college sweethearts or “how we met” or “best proposals” always bring smiles to reader’s faces. Cue 2020, and the Wyoming-ites with wedding plans had a whole new set of challenges to face than the typical reception seating arrangement drama. Under the stress of a global pandemic, these lovely couples stared 2020 down. ALL their plans were upended in various ways. And ALL these couples found ways to still celebrate a wedding day with (and sometimes without) those nearest and dearest. They are truly make-it-work stories of love and determination. And if these couples can survive wedding planning in a pandemic, the marriage will be strong!

We will feature the full story of each couple over the next ten days. Today, enjoy these happy photos!
