11 pm update. Idalia 1 mph from cat 3. Expect her to be cat 3 in the morning. Target landfall in the morning near Perry. Cat 2 winds only extend out 25 to 30 miles. Tropical storm winds extend up to 160 miles. Expect wind and rain to start soon if it has not already. Kayinthamornin has you covered with more info starting at 6 am. In the radar shot below, we are the blue dot near Ocala.

5pm advisory. More west from Steihatchee to Keaton Beach. Currently cat 2, 100 mph winds. About even with Ft. Meyers. Expect our conditions to deteriorate overnight. Count our blessings on this one!

The news we have predicted and have been waiting for! Marion county and Dunnellon are out of the cone! Track has shifted slightly west with all models in agreement.
