About me
Hi all! My name is Jadelyn Houske from Spokane WA. I’m so excited to finally start my journey as a wedding videographer! I want people to think of Jadelyn Films as trendy, & not your typical wedding videographer!
When I picked up a GoPro in 2014, I made my first little snippet video that summer. I had no idea what I was doing, but some how these GoPro videos started looking good, I had so many people complimenting me on them! I continued to make little videos and posted them on instagram, basically teaching my self how to edit and add music to the background. I was always so excited after a vacation to go home and create a fun video! ( looking back now these videos make me laugh) still getting complimented on them though!
For me it’s all about the song, sometimes I will spend more time trying to find the perfect song for a video, than actually editing. Songs are so important for a video. It grabs the audiences attention and makes the video so much more. I want to be remembered as a videographer that always picks the song that isn't your typical wedding song , I want everyone to watch my videos even if the video has nothing to do with them.
Another thing that will set my videos apart from others, is the effects and filters I add to my videos. We all know what a filter can do for your pictures! Right?! I don't know anyone who posts a picture on instagram without a filter anymore these days? It just enhances everything, and makes it look more professional.
