I am heartbroken. This is 2022 and I thought we were beyond mass murdering countries. Russia is fed a daily diet of misinformation as propaganda keeps them in line, but a change is happening. People are using VPNs (virtual private networks) to bypass the state TV and get the truth. Can Russia see beyond the Iron Curtain?

There are two outcomes. 1. We stop Russia by force and the threat of all mankind begins 2. Russia internally implodes on itself and its president is overthrown. We don’t need two suns in our solar system. Pray for Ukraine. But also- please pray for Russia to see beyond the Iron Curtain.

I volunteer my time to help victims of child slave trafficking that currently is going on strong in Senegal Africa. My contact there, Tess Hunneybell, needed a video that shows the incredible true story of how she is impacting the lives of the vulnerable children. This is a little behind the scenes voice over work video. It is good to be grateful and thankful for what you have, who you have, and the life you live. 🙏

A great deal of research shows that gratitude affects health and well-being. When you are grateful, your body, mind, and soul are better equipped to handle the challenges life presents you.
There are more than 10,000 studies showing that gratitude has a positive impact on health. Here are just a few.

* Gratitude is linked to a longer lifespan. It may even lengthen it. One study found that subjects who wrote about one good thing each day for six months lived on average five years longer than those who didn't.

* It boosts happiness. Researchers found that people who were grateful were happier than those who weren't.

* It lowers blood pressure. Another study showed that when you're grateful, your blood vessels dilate, lowering blood pressure.

* It raises levels of the "feel-good" hormone serotonin.

The science is clear. Gratitude reduces stress and improves immune system function. Beyond the science and its benefits, what are you grateful for?

It all starts with a storyboard. The storyboard is the backbone of the entire production. It will tell you the camera angle, who is in the scene, what is said, where it all takes place, and more. Without it, a production is random, lost, and has no clear direction.

Here, I am working on a storyboard for a new animation. My grandson and I go on lizard hunts. We collect sticks and hunt for lizards together 🥰

I’m working on a great video for a charity organization: . Tess Hunneybell is on the front lines giving food to children who are forced to beg to survive in Senegal, Africa.

We volunteer to raise money for food, clothes, and medical attention for the kids that need it. A couple of dollars goes a long way.

If I can help these kids by telling their story through video… I will ❤️
