I am so excited and inspired by how much our Yoga & Mimosas community has grown! The very first week we had 7 lovely ladies participate - last week we doubled this number and had 15 total people come!!
Being my own boss and sharing yoga in the way that I want has always been my goal and these events on Saturdays have totally sparked my teaching flame 🔥 I love you all so so much. Thank you to everyone who is continuing to support me in this!

Life is really uncomfortable sometimes but then it gets better and then it gets sh*tty again but you practice yoga and meditate and move your body like a maniac and talk to people who love you and try to stay present and process all the sticky stuff and have big realizations and understand that ooooooh this is life! ❤ #yoga #lifestuff #growth
Lessons from filming classes for the first time today:
1. Do not film in a hot yoga studio 😳
2. Triple and quadruple check that the camera angle is even and not tilted!
3. Make sure there is enough space on the camera so it doesnt stop recording 5 minutes into a 60 minute class 😂

On the plus side I got lots of valuable practice teaching in front of a camera and had the opportunity to iron out the kinks for next time! I did successfully record a short yin class and a crow pose tutorial which will be available for the world sometime soon 😁 so yes I'll call that small wins!! #derp #learnasyougo #yogateacher #onlineyoga #babysteps
