An affordable option to a traditional DJ hire.
All the professional equipment, dance lighting, and YOU play YOUR music.

Wedding Receptions: $950.00
Includes: Ceremony, Cocktail, Dinner & Dance. Set up and tear down. I will set volume levels and I will stay and maintain the appropriate levels to keep from equipment damage. Assist as needed with light control. Includes Ceremony, dinner & dance. 7 hours total max. *Breakdown and removal at ending
Reception Only: $800.00 Includes speakers, lights and wireless microphones. 5 Hours maximum.
Ceremony Sound: $500. Ceremony sound includes- battery operated speakers, wireless handheld or lapel microphones, table, Minister’s stand with tray. Assistance with sound levels, music flow choices. If I supply the music, standard DJ ceremony pricing will apply.
* Breakdown and removal after ceremony.

I bring, set up, and assist with equipment, and YOU supply the music you desire to have played. Phone, or a laptop (if I supply these items or selected music, then traditional DJ price of $1,200/6 hours apply).
All devices must have a headphone jack (1/8th or 3.5mm), or a USB-C port. Lightening ports - we have adaptors for I-phones and USB-C) ALL music MUST BE downloaded on devices, or streaming on stated device.

We provide:
Sound Equipment:
* Speakers, mixer, wireless Microphones, all cables necessary for hook up.
* Dance floor lighting - 2 Chauvet gig bars and 2 Chauvet fx wash lights. Assistance with handheld controller for lighting.
Computer wireless lighting controller option for $50.00 additional.
* Table & covering.
* Assistance with music choice and nights "event flow" if necessary.
* Breakdown and removal of equipment at events end. Minimum 45 minutes breakdown time REQUIRED.

A Date-reservation retainer of $300. Full payment of remaining fee is due 7 days before event.
Service contract must be returned with retainer.

Top pro's hired by couples in 2023. Surprisingly the one that "makes" the reception is the least one hired. I think couples should rethink this. Anyone can do cupcakes, or take photos. But who can entertain guests and keep the night moving. Sadly, not the venue, dress shop, bakery or catering company.

CLIENT – How much will it cost to do this job?
DJ - $1,600 dollars.

CLIENT – That’s too expensive for this job!
DJ – How much do you think it should cost?

CLIENT – $500 max! It’s a simple job!
DJ – I can’t do the job for so little.

CLIENT – People in your line of work wants to make a huge profit!
DJ – I’m sorry you feel this way. Why don’t you do the job?

CLIENT – But, but, I don’t know how to do any of that.
DJ – For $300, I can teach you everything you need to know to do the job. You can then use $1,300 to do the job, and you’re still saving $1,100. Also, you will obtain all the knowledge and the experience for the next time you need to do this job.

CLIENT – Deal!
DJ – Great! To start, you need to buy equipment. You will need a Mac Book Pro, a wireless microphone, a laser light show, a Professional DJ Console or 2 DJ Decks, a dj mixer, a portable hard drive and some other things.

CLIENT – But, I don’t have any of those tools and I can’t buy all that for just one job!
DJ – Ok. I can rent you my equipment for another $500. You’re still saving $900.

CLIENT – That’s cutting my savings, but I will rent your equipment.
DJ – Perfect! I’ll be back Sunday and we can start.

CLIENT – Wait! I can’t Sunday. I only have time today.
DJ – I’m sorry, I only teach others on Sundays. I have to prioritize my time and my equipment needs to be in other jobs I have during the week and on Saturdays.

CLIENT – Ok then. I will sacrifice my family’s plans on Sunday.
DJ – Right, me too! Oh, I forgot. If you’re going to do the job yourself, you need to buy all the music needed for the job. All the right music that takes years to collect and gather will need to be purchased and tagged on your new portable hard drive by Sunday.

CLIENT – By Sunday? That’s too early for me. I don’t even have time for any of that!
DJ – I guess you’ll have to call out of work and take a few sick days. By the way, you will need someone who knows music to help you pick out all the right tracks for your event.

CLIENT – You know what? I’ve been thinking. Probably is better for you to do the job. It’s better to pay you to do the job right and not having to go through all that hassle.
DJ – Good thinking. Sign here and let me get to work.

I always tell my couples the truth. And the truth is, if they're not dancing, their guests aren't dancing. We DJs always get either the credit or the blame for the dance floor activity. But the fact is, everyone takes their cues from the newlyweds. If they're happy, so are the guests. If they're not happy, neither are the guests. And/but either way, the responsibility falls on us.
