With content creation going bonkers lately and more content creators saturating the market, its important to understand the legality behind trademarks when it comes to content creation.

If you use another Company's logo, make sure you follow their brand guidelines if they have one. Downloading assets from the internet or creating your own is a big no-no and remember to use proper attribution.

When it comes to web development, for the most part, we're a CMS agnostic company. We don't like to stick to just one CMS because they all have different uses. However for new builds, this is where we've switched it up (budget dependent). We've felt different about Craft CMS recently. With all the different CMSs there are in the world, this one resonates. There is no limited use themes and plugins that cause bloat to install. It's simple 🔥. You start with a blank install and go to town 🚀.

One of the biggest changes we've seen is when the team at Craft CMS introduced using GraphQL for their Solo license.

Structured data is a Google ranking factor. We use it to help search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing understand the content on your website. Albeit, if structured data is not implemented, search engines will usually just make up their own for how they crawl it. Yet it's 2024 and we are seeing businesses not implement it correctly and only leave the default settings (if using a plugin). At best, plugins with default settings will provide mediocre results.

Key tips 🔥 ⬇️

1. Review the current state of your structured data

2. Update any default settings to ones that actually fit your business

3. Make small changes one at a time and note differences in the code

4. Run the URL inspector in GSC to re-index

If you want to rank in a crowded space you'll have to provide a fair amount of unique content that nobody else in your space is providing (look at the code and look for structured data). After all, Google is about EAT (Expertise, Authority, and Trust).
