From the way back files… in 1981 I was asked to pilot the Phoenix that was designed and built by Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Jim “Jimbob” Adamski and I had a blast and came away with some pretty big upsets besting some pretty famous cyclists at the time. Jimbob and I were both raced Cat 1/2 Pro but we were up against National and Olympic team members and a few pro cyclists so it was a huge day for us. More importantly this is the event that Roxy and I started going together full time and have been together ever since. Roxy drove us back to NorCal in “Shultz” our three color VW Scirocco with no a/c windows down blaring “Running with the Devil” by Van Halen on the Blaupunkt Cassette tape deck. As a bonus ASME awarded us special recognition for design excellence for our work on the project.

We had an amazing time recreating the 1920’s for our new film Timeless 1929 which is a tribute to Blues legend Peg Leg Howell who grew up right here in Eatonton. This is part of the Timeless series of short films we have produced for Visit Eatonton highlighting the arts. Pictured here in this stunning image of Roxy is actress Raiany Belle whose timeless beauty and talent was perfect for the role. Many thanks to my Co Producer and Director our director of photography and screenplay collaborator Nathan and Kaylah and .beast.of.laurel.ridge Katie and so many other talented crew and cast. Thank you Lisa Jackson for all your help. Thanks to our amazing Costume, Art, G&E and Camera departments as well. A very very special thanks to Maggie Milner our Executive Producer for believing in the project!

Cambrey started working for us as an intern for marketing and graphic design. She does an awesome job and has been a big help with new looks for Caribbean Breeze packaging you’ll see soon. A few months ago we were filming and we were short models so we asked her if she would mind giving it a try. She’s doing a great job whether it’s being a Coastal Cowgirl or Hippie Chick.

It was a big night last night and I have a lot of friends to thank. First my amazing wife Roxy who is an amazing photographer and an even better person to put up with all the madness of this business. Our amazing collaboration with Brad Kremer who always delivers award winning footage and direction. Our dear friend Drew Waters who is an incredible actor who somehow finds time to help on small projects like this one even though he is on HBO and network series or filming some Western somewhere. His beautiful wife Erin Bethea and her wonderful group of actors at Greenlight. Her friend Ashley Goodson who starred opposite Drew and did an amazing job. The supporting cast of Timeless 1969 including so many of my friends like AC and Erin Harvey, and Lydia… you guys were all awesome. I want to especially thank my fellow Producer Maggie Milner who took a chance and believed in this crazy idea about telling a story about the town we live in. Eatonton really is Timeless and the arts are alive and thrive there. Thank you to chamber and Visit Eatonton… Heather, Rachel and all my friends like Lisa, Tommy, Amy and so many others like Walt and Tara who support Tytan and the arts. Kevin and Sara at Artisan Village, Matt at the PDA and all those in Putnam county who believe in Arts and the revitalization of the community through supporting the arts.

It’s been fun working with Katie. She just graduated from UGA and is applying to Vet schools but is taking a year to pursue modeling. A passion of hers. She has already done commercial work for us for several clients and no doubt she has a great future ahead should she decide to go for it in modeling. Intelligent, great personality, funny and a natural beauty. She’s a perfect spokesperson for a brand. This is cosmetic / beauty client we were doing a test shoot for. Thanks to our friend Wendy for bringing her to our attention.
