Nestled among the mountainous region of Back, , this custom home offers sophisticated, contemporary interiors & exteriors.

This build features floor-to-ceiling windows to bring the outdoors in, while its highly efficient building envelope keeps the elements out. Inspired by the surroundings, natural wood, steel, and stone were incorporated throughout the exterior & interior. The split home design features a glass walkway to connect private & public spaces. To maximize the home’s spacious 4,500 square feet, an open floor plan was infused into the design to capture expansive views of the mountain range.

This home was intentionally constructed to live in harmony with wildlife’s spectacular migratory patterns. The focus of the design was to peacefully integrate its three pond buildings with its rich, forested landscape.

Impressive European glass walls and lift-n-slide pocketing doors capture expansive outdoor views and allow smooth linear movement to covered decks and the gathering pond house’s restored earth- toned brick patio.

Chief Cliff natural tumbled stone finishes blend well alongside distinct reclaimed timbers. Southern clerestory windows harness natural light to enter the great room, accenting its smooth cedar ceiling, vertical wood walls, and wire-brushed white oak floors.

The pristine 14-acre site includes a migratory pond, a main house & a guest house, moving glass wall systems, tumbled natural stone, and distinct wood finishes.

With the goal of blending the home with its environment, Centre Sky Architecture designed the home to appear as if it rose up out of the natural surroundings, and flows to follow the natural topography, both exterior & interior.

This lakeside property underwent a comprehensive makeover, with every corner receiving attention. New flooring & paint were applied throughout to add brightness & modernity, and the character of the home was enhanced through thoughtfully selected wallpaper & tile designs.

The vision for this new build in centered on creating a harmonious blend of rich contrasting cabinetry in the main living areas & an abundance of soft textures throughout. The light ash wood flooring served as a perfect canvas for the carefully curated background selections. Earth tones were meticulously chosen to complement the accents of blues and greens, weaving a cohesive and inviting aesthetic. Intricate wall details & thoughtfully designed ceiling elements were integrated to add unique interest to each space.
