In December’s issue of OH SN*P we polled our readers on what they thought about rest at work.
Here’s what we learned:
Readers said the work model that makes them feel the most rested is the four day work week whether it’s in-person or hybrid (50% of respondents). All remote was the second most popular answer (29%).
2. When it comes to what employers could do to help employees rest more, readers thought mandatory “recess” (everyone has to be off the computer for 15 minutes) would be the most helpful (100%).
3. We asked what parts of company culture are detrimental to rest and readers said no clear log off time or off work-hours (33%), back-to-back meetings (33%), and a push-through-it mentality (33%).
