Here is a simple marketing plan for local business owners who want more sales.

Do what I'm doing right here.

Write up a simple article that gets the attention of people in your area.

Make it easy to read.

Be clear about what you do and how it will benefit your customers.

Include a pic that matches the message without looking like it's just another stock photo.

It's all about getting your message in front of the right people at the right time.

Then, make a list of the towns you like to target.

Where do your customers live?

What do they want to buy?

By the way, this process works really well for all types of local businesses.

It works for accountants.

It works for Beauty Salons.

It works for Contractors.

It works for Financial Advisors.

It works for Restaurants.

It works for Doctors, Lawyers and Chiropractors.

It even works for Butchers, Bakers and Candle Stick Makers.

It works for anyone who has an existing business with happy clients who live in the area.

And the best part is that you can start with just $10 a day per town.

In fact, I recommend people start with targeting just 2 or 3 towns so they can see how it works.

If you have a very large service area we can start with 5 or 10 towns.

But you want to give the computer a chance to target the right people at the right time.

And then once we have traction we can expand from there.

Isn't that crazy?

Imagine sending postcards to everyone in Evanston or Glenview or Winnetka for $10 per day.

How long would it take to reach everyone?

Make sense?
