This week's is looking ahead to the New Year. My family always has pork on New Year's Day and a couple of years ago I discovered a delicious and easy pork recipe from my great-grandmother...and it's a keeper!

This recipe is sweet but with a hint of salt and has just a little bit of stickiness to make this one of the most addicting pork tenderloins I've ever made.

This year, the SPCA's adoption floor will open early at 9:30 a.m for anyone looking to adopt on this special day! As a special treat, adopters can enjoy half-off adoption fees for animals 1 year and older. But that's not all! Thanks to SPCA friend Nancy Haberman-Gacioch, Vets & Pets will be returning, allowing past and current military members to adopt an animal free of charge!
