She left the first chance she got and went to work for the Bell System (Pacific Northwest Bell, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya) . Retired with 30 years of service in 2000.
In the course of her career she lived and worked in Washington, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, Oregon, Washington; She always seem to come back home.
A high functioning drug-addict, alcohol until 2002. So even though she retired from Ma Bell, continued to work in the communications industry until 2008.
She found out that she could work, only to find out that she was unable to save any money.
In 2010 became a full-time New Thought Minister which was her road from messed up to blessed up. Although it had pot holes and detours. Through it all , she was becoming a better version of herself.
In December, 2021 left pulpit ministry to create an online coaching business aptly named MessedUp2BlessedUp and a CSL Teaching Center call Practical Everyday Wisdom CSL, this was the third act of her career. Which marries all her experiences. Allows her to serve others the best way she knows how to by living her life out loud. By example and providing those interested with the same tools she used.

While there, she worked in the airline industry as a IT communications and Change Management Expert until retiring in 2019 and moved back to the states.
A fulltime caregiver, Karen volunteers for the Villages of Hope food banks and Tampa Bay network against hunger, the Cottage at Mirror Lake.
Once a week she feeds 20 homeless people a warm meal that she cooks in her kitchen mostly with donated ingredients. She collect blankets, clothes, socks, towels and hygiene articles throughout St. Pete and hands them out to the needy along with the meal and a hot cup of tea. On holidays she graciously serves a full turkey dinner with desert to 40.

the reorganization of 813 Hood Garden and lectures at numerous events including the Vegan Fest in Ocala.
In early 2021, he became known as the stimulus check gardener, on Bay News 9, by using his check to turn his front yard into a food garden and urban
farm.
He’s expanded this mission to improve community food access by founding Southside Community Garden, at Southside Fresh Market, a nonprofit
project, that works to establish local urban agriculture projects and working to re-center low-income communities in the food security movement.
Michael became a participating vendor and advisor to the Southside Fresh Market, upon their opening April 2021 and dedicates himself to the organization’s mission of inspiring individuals to engage in the community creation of access to healthy food and economy in South St Petersburg.

John’s professional career began in Northern California in 2010, where he realized his gift for creating beautiful adornments that are hand spun and woven with Sterling Silver and Gold filled fine wire. John’s pendants organically unfold purely from his intuition. He makes no plan or designs. Each gemstone or crystal is meticulously enrobed with heart opening, sweet energy to activate vitality and wellness. His pendants have been independently tested by radionics instruments that measure the life force vibration of objects.
His creations have been given the rating of “self-sustaining vitality.” This means they are emanating stable and vital energies. The weaving and coils act to amplify the crystal he chooses for each of his pendants. Many customers comment on the tangible feeling of them and the sensation of wellness while wearing his pieces.
