Where they rate all 50 states and you will see where South Dakota places along with the bottom of the list, Lottery and my views on it as well as some odds to winning. What would you do with the jackpot or even the "small" jackpots? South Dakota and the Coronavirus discussed a little more and the cases that South Dakota has which is 0 We have been lucky so far and we have way more problems with Influenza than Corona.
