What is this podcast, seriously?
Namaste & Rosé Podcast is dedicated to a comedic take on the darker side of the yoga biz. Really we are two friends doing handstands, drinking wine & spilling stories.
Each episode Talle and Sarah jokingly dish on working in the yoga industry with a glass of rosé (or two) in hand, relate it back to deeper philosophical aspects of the practice and then lead listeners on a short meditation or yoga practice. At least that’s the plan but we will see what happens….
