Our Client, The Lineage Wine Collection (TLWC) and its portfolio of wine brands – Lineage Wine Co., The Steven Kent Winery, L’Autre Côte Cabernet Franc, and Mia Nipote Wines, is looking for experienced hospitality team members to work in the tasting room and at winery events.
TLWC has one mission: to add richness and joy to the lives of their members and guests through world-class wine experiences.
Position Summary: primarily responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to visitors of the property, and are actively selling wine and experiences to members and guests.
The ideal candidate would have prior sales and customer service experience, and an interest in wine.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be available to work 4-5+ days per month
• Must be a team player - Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, solutions-based attitude are necessary
• Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
• Knowledge of and experience with CRM systems is very important
• Must be available to work weekends, 21 years or older, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and capable of standing for long periods of time
• Valid CA Driver’s license
