Ed and I each have court conflicts today (Monday, May 22nd, 2023) and, as such, we must (once again) postpone Episode # 67 of At Your Service with Haber and Martinez, care of Miamis Community Newspapers. More regrettable (for us anyhow, not necessarily for our beloved audience) is that the following week (to wit: Monday, May 29th, 2023) is Memorial Day, and as such Episode # 67 will not air on that day. While I'd love to promise that AYS # 67 will be back on the following Monday (to wit: Monday, June 5th, 2023) I can't do so, not yet anyhow as is presently set for Trial in yet another Narcotics Trafficking case (this time M**hamphetamine / M**h), which may or may not go but in any event I will not know until the case "sounds" this Thursday (to wit: May 25th, 2023, which just so happens to be my son's birthday, but I digress...) and just as soon as I know you too will know, so please stay tuned.

While I'm confident that you'll miss us something awful this week (especially as we had to cancel the show for another court conflict last week) I'm equally certain that your disappointment won't be overwhelming. As to the following Monday, May 29th, 2023 is "Memorial Day", one of the five (5) national holidays which fall under the Uniform Monday Holiday Act that are annually observed on a Monday and, as such, you will have a three-day-weekend to look forward to enjoying. As for us, out of respect for the nature of Memorial Day, rather than having an entertaining and informative discussion about some criminal law or procedural matter Ed and I will both respectfully honor and mourn the many U.S. military personnel (and their families) who have died while serving in any branch of the United States Armed Forces. (I also note that while AYS won't broadcast on Memorial Day you can count on posting a detailed PSA explaining the etymology and meaning of this somber day of reflection.)

That said, in the interim and as ALWAYS, you're most welcome to watch ANY episode of AYS at ANYTIME that you wish on either my, on Edward A Martinez's, on Miami's Community Newspapers' or on At Your Service with Haber and Martinez's pages, and you can also find the show at your leisure on Miami's Community Newspapers' YouTube channel:

Whether you either catch At Your Service with Haber and Martinez live or you watch after the fact and at your leisure you won't want to miss this show!

Thanking you in advance and looking forward to being back "At Your Service" either on Monday, June 5th or 12th, 2023 @ 2:00pm.

Gratefully,

Ed & Mike
