Located just 5 miles from Westlake Village, California and the 101 Freeway, QVR is 10 acres of undisturbed natural beauty in unincorporated Ventura County. The majority of QVR is comprised of dirt paths, rolling hillsides, and native plants including multiple oak trees. All with beautiful rolling hillside views of the adjacent Santa Monica Mountains. You will likely hear quail calls and birds chir

ping but not much else. Located within the Los Angeles 30-mile filming zone we have hosted everything from small photoshoots to full-scale commercial shoots.
