Did you know that cat scan technology was invented because of The Beatles? Apparently their initial record label EMI (which stood for Electrical and Musical Industries) was into developing electronic gadgets as well as producing music. After signing the Beatles they were "swimming in money". With more money than they knew what to do with they authorized one of their researchers, Godfrey Hounsfield, to experiment with whatever he chose. He began to work with multiple x-rays taken from different angles and developed the cat scan. Thus Beatles money directly financed one of the largest advances in 20th century medicine.

I was doing FREE Blizzard Boat Rides around Walsenburg,Colorado (For KFUY Radio) and I had LOTS of phun!!!!

Radar Engineers do CRAZY things!! -- I was doing FREE Blizzard Boat Rides around Walsenburg,Colorado (For KFUY Radio) and I had LOTS of phun!!!! (Disclaimer ; No Turkeys were harmed during this Event---- Almost anyone who has worked in radio has a story about a station promotion that went off the rails. Perhaps the most famous “splat” was in the classic WKRP episode Turkeys Away. In that episode, WKRP gave away turkeys by dropping them from a helicopter over a Cincinnati shopping mall. Story ;; From KQXI-- The turkey drop was actually a real incident. It was at a shopping center in Atlanta; I think it was Broadview Plaza, which no longer exists. It was a Thanksgiving promotion. So, the real story is not as glamorous as the WKRP version but the lesson is the same: Turkeys can’t fly.)... Stay Tuned !!!

Received the BEST Christmas present--On Christmas Eve.(2021)--I became an,Official (very Part-time)I.T. for the Walsenburg School District-- I will be repairing/building/programming computers and I will be teaching Teachers on how to use(Linux) Software,that I'll be installing,like I had been doing for many many years for D11,Harrison,other School Districts and into a Pikes Peak Library District Server.I have been a Facebook Developer for many years(I don't get paid but it's great for references).I will,also,be sharing insights on Autism,like I have been doing for many many years for D11,Harrison,other School Districts and the Pikes Peak Library District---I am wishing for more UNITY!!!!.. I spent the last several Christmas's Alone(by choice) but,I wasn't lonely... It seems easier because,with over 30 years of Sobriety, I keep asking "Is this all there is?"--I ask that question, because I value my Sobriety(by being alone),instead of being around people that HAVE to be,ALWAYS under the Influence of some kind of a drug or a drink(or others making unrealistic promises),or not wanting to understand Autism-- An example is when a few will let their Fears take over,Block people on Facebook,because they can't(or won't make an effort to) relate to some people--Or why did their Parents(Grandparents) have to raise their kids?? ... A Different example; I have made My,Bellows Falls Hydro-Electric Open Source Software available to all Power Grids(using Ham Radio as Back-up Communications..I'm KE0DNQ). Many will flip a light switch & the light turns on...IF the bill skyrockets,then all the "complainers" will stand in line...I want more people to get MORE involved--It would be a lesser of a burden,to those few that have to find that delicate balance between being judged vs.keeping the lights on.The same would go for those that are different or "challenged".... It's Food for Thought.

More GRATITUDE ,as I picked up a 1973 El Camino(in Walsenburg) For 2 Bananamas,an iPad and $270.00 cash . The car needs ALOT of work but, I drove it home. I knew the guy from Manitou Springs and he knew me as "The BEARMAN" .. Earlier,While riding my bike(near Safeway),he was blasting some Local music that none else has... As we first talked,he told me about a Kool Radio Station(107.3fm) and I told him that I worked for that Station!! One thing led to another and I test drove the El Camino.... It's a small World.....Life is GOOD......I need that small truck to move things from the Manitou Apartment.

I am Loki Kat and I am not doing well---- All of my brothers and sisters have died many years ago.. My health is diminishing and I will be ready to Cross the Rainbow Bridge ,very soon.. My Owner has been in tears for many days... It is rough,seeing a 60 Year old man,cry like a baby... He,just celebrated 30 Years of being Clean & Sober . I am a "Registered" Software Developer and I was one of the Pioneers of "The Loki Project" and Facebook hired me to help with their Algorithms -- They are not perfect,but I was the first that they asked--- Other Facebook Developers can look back,knowing that I'm the only Cat,in Colorado, that helped Facebook with such huge numbers--- In fact,I am the ONLY Cat that is a "Registered Software Developer".. I checked with all the other cats... Before COVID,Facebook wanted me to commute to their Main Campus,on 16th, in Denver and cats don't drive--- I was able to work Remotely.. My Owner would collect my earnings and buy me cat food(seemed like a good bargain). I am a cat with a rare disease and I can be greatful for my time on this Earth and for all of my accomplishments,with the help of my Owner(Ray Soucie ). Apple offered me a Job,in Boulder and I need to tell Apple,that I won't be around...This is sad--- I am ready to go and it's the people,around me,that will be hurting the most. BAM!!!!!!!! (Out of Quarantine!!). Last week,I had a "regular" Flu as the Parkinson's Meds were mimicking COVID symptoms. I was diagnosed as having COVID and I decided to get a more recent test.

I had a good run--------
** At the beginning,many of my friends died of COVID and many survived. With Future cases; One of 2 things will happen-- They will live or they will die... I have lost sleep(not sheep) with trying to analyze this pandemic stuff... In my case, I have gone "ABOVE and BEYOND" any of my Wildest Dreams(I'm still analyzing)--- My heart aches for all of the friends,that I have lost,to this pandemic.. I have had many Nightmares(I sleep during the day but,you get my point).
^ Recently(very recently) ,I started to feel a sense of peace-- a sense of belonging,a sense of becoming "one" with the Earth(In the event of my finite body shutting down--me,being the worry wart,that I am--I have been telling people that I want to be cremated and have my ashes spread on the little mountain,off of Hwy 9,that Lori Thompson sold me)..... The previous cancer and current Parkinson's is taking a HUGE toll on my mind and body.... I would ask that people become more patient ..I would ask that people make a bigger effort to understand Autism...I would ask that(oh hell,I'm asking alot of things).... Just hang in there--- Each and Every one of us is put on this Earth,for a reason--- Not sure what my reason is(or was) and I,really,don't need to know(This is starting to sound like,some sort of,eulogy). In any event--- I am glad that I made a difference..I am glad that I had a chance to help my Mom(in the 80's and 90's) with all of her Medical bills,taxes and have the chance to give her 2 cars(throughout the years).. Many will never comprehend any of this.. Many can't comprehend on how I was able to track Military Flight patterns,with my SDR, for all the Afghanistan Flights and send Info. from Walsenburg,Colorado to our Soldiers overseas,during our critical time(Aug. 26,27 & 27,2021).. I don't understand "Life" and I will never understand on why,so many,people have to treat others in a bad way--- I was brought on this Earth(long or short),to help people.......HUGz...
