Happy for all those who celebrate! We went to and were able to get all of the special flavors plus the coffee cake we’ve missed a couple times now… needless to say the collaborations were a success! Congrats to Gabby and Ryan once again on such a successful opening!

Confession time: we made a biiiig mistake this morning and only bought one bag of Cookie Butter Chocolate Pretzel cookies from and we’re already regretting it. We SHOULD have gotten a few dozen, they’re SO GOOD! No wonder Jennifer dominated to competition! Congrats again on your victory, we think it’s richly deserved!

We decided to visit and bring along the new gf/df cookies we just picked up from this morning (damn that’s a lotta isn’t it?) so we could try them together with our favorite drink, the blended matcha 🍵 with honey, lavender, and oat milk and we were not disappointed!! They just happen to taste perfect together… (thanks go to milady Victoria, she’s the good idea thinker-upper)

The update no one asked for: yes, I disassembled and aired out, dried, alcohol bathed, then left to dry one last time and voila! Cisco is back in the air again! Yes, I name all my kwads.

Only to be drifted sideways into the top of a tree and crash again, this time on land 😅 but that’s not what we’re here to talk about. Had an amazing trip, absolutely have got to get back in the fall when the leaves change…

Man, did that suck! and I tackled a fair bit of Blodgett Peak today; a combination of not-good-enough footwear, 30+ extra pounds on my back, and concern that the aforementioned shoes would let me down on the slippery descent kept me from pushing on (I am NOT saying it was because I’m old and still not in the shape I’d prefer). Also, it was hot af for a while there, and Luna’s packin mad floof. Plenty of water was drunk by both of us, don’t worry. Video upcoming…

Happy fourth birthday to this sweet girl that brings smiles and joy everywhere she goes! Raising and training Luna has been a life-changing experience; we meet amazing people and hear their stories every day because no one can resist stopping and getting into this floof. Thanks for all the excellent training (we’ve still got a lot to learn!) and welcoming us into your community!.

I was invited out a couple weeks ago to take some pictures and video of Gilbert's Tree Service at work. I'm glad I was on the ground; I have to climb trees to retrieve my kwads sometimes but I still have a fear of heights and this would be pushing it!
