One of the most unique properties in Lafayette Parish is just off the Evangeline Thruway near Downtown Lafayette in the Sterling Grove District. It's called the Nickerson House. In making this video, it was also our first time ever kayaking! My little boy now wants to go back for more! 🤣🚣‍♂️
