Her specialty is women transitioning from relaxers to a head of healthy coiled hair. She is able to transform and works well with all ethnic backgrounds. Marcia first launched Embellish Beauty Concepts, Spring 2012 because she has a deep passion for providing beautification services to all women. Becoming a women meant always being beautiful but most importantly it means feeling your best. Being a mother of three demands a lot of attention and there is a sense of urgency to keep an embellished canvas and always keep our beauty aspirations in tact. Becoming a wife and mother all over again was a great task for Marcia. "I remember having my daughter (my oldest was twelve) as, I was preparing to start my day, I had a plan to get my makeup and hair together and head out. As I prepared myself it was a challenge to multitask. This challenge left me with one eye filled with eye shadow and I forgot the other eye!" I wanted to offer services to women that either don't have much time and those that find it to be a challenge to incorporate their beauty regimen on a daily basis". With this, Embellish Beauty Concepts, LLC was birthed. This mobile services mission is to provide working professionals, stay at home moms, and the savvy working divas with a range of VIP Embellished beauty services at their fingertips!Embellish Beauty Concepts offers makeup application, mini facials, makeup lessons, lash styling, various hair care services, bridal services for the modern bride, bachlorette parties, bar mitzvahs, video shoots, photo shoots, and crafty beauty tours where her team of professionals are available to travel to you. Marcia launched Embellish Cosmetics, a mineral cosmetics line formulated and hand-crafted by her. It was uniquely created to fit the needs of women of all complexions, ages, and lifestyles. Rich and diverse in color, Embellish Mineral Cosmetics is free from paraben, preservatives, dyes, bismuth oxychloride, and is Vegan and cruelty Free. At the heart of every makeup line is the creative thoughts of an artist! This cosmetic line was created to provide a healthier lifestyle for women and to also provide colorful palettes with beautiful hues!

Our Story

A beauty entrepreneur, celebrity stylist and mother of 3, Marcia Williams knows what women need in order to feel beautiful – just a little embellishment! – whether it’s on their way to work, their wedding day or in front of a national TV audience. A licensed cosmetologist from Gordon Phillips Beauty School, Marcia now proudly looks back on a 5-year stint in the pharmaceutical industry and decades of experience in hair styling and salon management.

Already as a young girl, Marcia Williams developed a deep passion for beauty, clearly taking after her grandmother who was a hairdresser. At 27, Marcia decided to follow in her grandmother’s footsteps, quit her job at a renowned pharmaceutical company and took a leap of faith in offering beauty services as a freelancer. Since before social media was a tool to connect with and grow her client base, Marcia has built trusted relationships with women in the Philadelphia and tristate area – mostly through word of mouth and the quality of her products.

After getting married and giving birth to her daughter in 2010, Marcia launched her own cosmetic line featuring lipstick products formulated for women on-the-go, brides and busy entrepreneurs. Most recently, Marcia is excited to help other female entrepreneurs gain inspiration and footing in the beauty business through her newly designed Embellish Beauty Concepts app.
