The machine that recorded 12 years of Kamm/Def Crew music... still has some hidden gems saved on it! (Red marker scribbles and missing faders k***s courtesy of Kamms daughter.) Still works over 20 years after we got it. YAMAHA AW-16G. This machine was around $2200 new in 2002. Now yiu can find them for 160 on ebay! Everything this unit does you can literally do on a smartphone now!

Def Crew lost a true soldier this week. Jason Faciane was an incredible energy that will be truly missed by those that knew him. He wasn't ever on stage singing with us, and never made music... But he was at every show... Recording every moment on his video camera. Nobody paid him to do this. He just did it out of love. He came to Green Bay and recorded the Packer Anthem music video for us. His contributions to the group not just through video, but through his positive energy, will truly be missed. Throughout his personal struggles he always tried to uplift the people around him. That's who J was. In a recent podcast he said something I think he would all want us to live by ... "Try to make somebody smile every day." Rest easy homie. You will truly be missed!
