The newest member of fleet will start rolling out CIVILIAN CRASH INVESTIGATOR - so far CMPD reports, 15 non sworn civilians will Investigate the scene, initiate proper assistance by requesting emergency services (wreckers, ambulances, fire department, law enforcement), and direct traffic to ensure safety and smooth flow.
•Provide aid to disabled vehicles and remove abandoned vehicles that obstruct traffic flow.
•Gathering evidence such as skid marks, vehicle damage, photographs, and witness statements.
•Provide assistance to police officers, paramedics, and tow truck drivers as needed.
•Completing paperwork, filing reports, and maintaining records.
•Conducting interviews with all parties involved in the accident to gather information about the events leading up to the crash.
•comprehensive reports detailing the accident, including diagrams, witness statements, and conclusions about the cause.
•Implement manual traffic control measures at accident scenes, road closures, malfunctioning traffic signals, and other situations requiring intervention.
•Monitor designated areas to identify potential hazards.
•Utilize cones, barricades, and flares to control crowds and traffic at hazards, collisions, and other events requiring crowd control.
•Access and input data on a computer to locate wanted individuals, check license plates and drivers' licenses, and access relevant information.
•Ensure the functionality and readiness of assigned vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
•May be required to provide witness testimony in legal proceedings.

Tulsi Gabbard has ties to the owner of the Co-living space, R.J. Martin in Hawaii, he is also the person that lived with & recommended the alleged suspect Luigi Mangione to read the manifesto of Ted Kaczynski, known as the Unabomber.

Police arrested Luigi Mangione this week, he is accused of shooting & killing the United Healthcare CEO, Brian Thompson in NYC. Many on social media & news reports referred to online review of the Unabomber book by Mangione, that one law enforcement even said it sets out "in his view, violence can be justified to right social wrongs. So this was an endorsement of Ted Kaczynski and his book."

Perhaps this was part of the reason Tulsi Gabbard was put on the TSA watchlist ? As R. J. Martin admitted having recommended the Unabomber Manifesto to Luigi Mangione and Martin has stated he walked the streets with Gabbard as she ran for Honolulu City Council in 2010 and then helped Tulsi with her political campaign for Congress, she was Hawaii’s Congressional representative from 2013-2021, and Gabbard is now the presumptive nominee for the Director of National Intelligence (TBD) by the newly elected president, Donald J Trump.

Also interesting how R J. Martin tries to distance himself by stating things like “I don’t even recognize her” referring to Gabbard in his Facebook post in August 2024 or to Luigi Mangione as the person he “knew was incompatible with an assassin” in his statement to reporter Katy Kur.

Folks in Swannanoa NC were lining up for a FREE hot meal at lunch time & a visit with Santa for the kids, the volunteer group was from Kentucky and made enough food to serve 500 people, at Ingles shopping Mall in the large parking area Saturday Dec 7, 2024.

Heartwarming to see all the volunteers at Silverado’s helping others in need, in the Distribution of basics, hygiene, diapers, wipes, coats, boots, blankets, generators, batteries, clothes, food, cooking gear, tools, coolers, batteries etc. But they still need volunteers to help. If you can spare sometime please come to help pass things, to sort, & pack items for the community located past Black Mountain, the area is still recovering after Hurricane Helene flooded the town destroying so many homes, business, roads and infrastructure still spotty some places still have no electricity or water, and only temporary shelter and many in ⛺️ tents. In Swannanoa North Carolina

Also People tell me that Buncombe county and stated they can’t afford to keep the Community Care Station in front of the US Post Office open, and has been shuttered, it closed as of yesterday Dec 2, 2024 even though it provide toilets, showers, self serve laundry and place for folks to get food, water & meals. The official reason stated by the county is supposedly a reduced demand, though on-site security stated the use of more that 400 people who very much needed had counted on the care station on US Hwy 70, the location was convenient easy to find and provided amble parking, workers were starting the tear down task today when we visited the site. Another location the Owen pool remains open at 117 Stone Drive. A total of 12 sites throughout WNC have been shuttered as of yesterday.
