🌈 Pride celebrations are happening all month long across St. Pete, Gulfport and Dunedin with parades, festivals, waterfront gatherings and community events celebrating love, inclusion and visibility.

🎨 A special reception May 30 at The Studio@620 will mark the opening of Blooming in Black, a powerful Juneteenth exhibition featuring artwork, live performances and artist conversations highlighting Black creativity, identity and heritage.

✨ Step back in time at the Old Florida Soirée on May 30 at the St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club for a nostalgic evening inspired by vintage Florida charm.

🎷 The Clearwater Smooth Jazz Jam returns May 30-31 to Ruth Eckerd Hall with performances from nationally known jazz and R&B artists including Boney James, Mindi Abair and Brian Culbertson.

💪 The Club Wellness Festival takes over the St. Pete Pier on May 31 with DJ stages, workouts, cold plunges, saunas, wellness activations and a waterfront vendor village celebrating fitness and Florida culture.

🔥 The Tampa Bay Barbecue Festival & Competition takes over Vinoy Park May 23rd and 24th with waterfront views, smoked brisket, ribs, craft beer, live music and artists creating murals in real time.

⭐ Largo’s annual Memorial & Tribute Event on May 25th honors fallen service members with a color guard presentation, live music, wreath presentation and tributes from local veterans at Largo Central Park.

😂 Keep the Memorial Day weekend going with free comedy shows at St. Pete Brewing Co. on May 25th, featuring three stand-up performances throughout the evening.

🌿 Slow things down at 15th Street Farm on May 27th with a family-style farm dinner featuring fresh ingredients harvested on-site, communal dining and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere. Bonus: Kids under 12 eat free.

The May/June issue features conversations, profiles and fresh perspectives from some of the people and places that make our community so interesting, including hometown favorite 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻, who returns to the spotlight with The Lost Boys - a hit musical that just opened to incredible reviews on Broadway, a new television series based on 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙚 𝙁𝙚𝙖𝙧 arriving in June and an upcoming St. Pete benefit concert with his brothers and their band The Wilson Van at Ferg's Sports Bar & Grill.

We also sit down with Klaudio Rodriguez, the leader of the Museum of Fine Arts, who opens up about an exciting new chapter for the museum.
