The Pasco Pathways Innovative Programs and School Choice application window for the 2024-2025 school year is now open!

This application window is for select schools, grade levels, and programs.

*IMPORTANT* If a student applied for school choice during the January or April application windows and received an acceptance or waitlist notification for next school year, applying during this window will cancel their previous application. This will forfeit the seat previously accepted, or position on the waitlist, and the student will be assigned to their zoned school.

The application window closes on Friday, June 28 at 4:30 p.m.

What better way to honor those that gave their all to defend our Country than to take care of those they left behind. In honor of the legacy of Kansas City Firefighter Patrick Williams, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation presented Patrick's wife Jenny and their children with a mortgage-free home in the Let Us Do Good Village in Land O Lakes, Florida.

Nice memory giving blood while getting a story from 16 years ago. 2008 was a pivital year for OurtownFLA.com. It was the end of using Newspapers to reach to our viewers and joined Facebook / Twitter. The rest is history.

Today we laid our friend Gary Bradford to rest. Gary moved to Tampa in 1982, becoming a police officer. During this time, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at St. Leo University. After 25 years of impeccable and dedicated service, he retired from the Tampa Police Department as a Detective. After his retirement, he was a lobbyist for the Police Benevolent Association (PBA) for 14 years. In 2022, Gary was elected and sworn in as the Pasco County District 4 Commissioner.

With great sadness, the Pasco Board of County Commissioners announces the passing of Pasco County Commission Vice Chair Gary Bradford. Commissioner Bradford passed away Sunday, April 21, 2024, with his loving wife, family and friends by his side. Commissioner Bradford served our county with dedication and passion since he was elected in 2022.

The annual Avalon Park Fourth of July Celebration festivities kicked off on Monday, July 4, 2022, at 5 p.m. Located at 5060 River Glen Blvd, in the heart of Avalon Park Wesley Chapel, the up-and-coming Downtown for Wesley Chapel!
