Three of the tech sector's biggest names — SoftBank Group, Nvidia and Microsoft — participated in the Series C round for the little-known company. Alex Kendall, Wayve's CEO and co-founder, said the fresh funds are a vote of confidence in the contrarian approach the company has taken to developing its software since its 2017 founding.
