The loss of yet another one-of-a-kind leader in the field of gifted education weighs heavily on our community. Jim was an unassuming trailblazer, always generous with his time and expertise. Conversations with him were never rushed—he was so genuine, thoughtful, and kind. Jim, you will be deeply missed.

The Davidson Institute team is deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Jim Delisle, a remarkable educator, author, and steadfast advocate for gifted youth.
