Brand film = telling the story of how @karinluvaasjewelry begins the process of creating her unique hand-made fine jewelry.
. So…I love rocks, gems and a good treasure hunt. This day held all of those, along with a fabulous creator wanting to tell her story. Karin and I, camera, monopod, lav mic and rock buckets in tow, set out to film her as she sourced the raw materials for her stunning jewelry. As Karin rummaged through gigantic piles of multi-colored minerals, I flitted around her, getting all the angles and in awe of her knowledge. The eye she has for pulling a piece of turquoise or jasper and seeing the color and the movement within the raw material is genius. She knew the vendors to peruse, and had plenty of long-time contacts (friendors as I call them) who greeted her warmly & helped her to attain some of the more exotic finds on her list.
