This episode hits extra hard as I find out that a guy that I’ve known at the gym for almost a decade has just committed su***de. Mens health is truly an epidemic that needs to be addressed, acknowledged and advocated. Rob Eastman voice is one of struggle and overcoming that I think you’re gonna want to hear. Grateful to have him and our community and excited to see all the good things that he’s going to do.

Thanksgiving is a wonderful time for us to express our gratitude. Did you know that we have so many families in our own city that are struggling with hunger and don’t have the resources to put a Thanksgiving meal on the table?

Thankfully, we’ve got programs like the community food pantry that allows us to help our neighbors.

Local government determined so much in our lives. And then the next four years Herriman will look very differently than it does right now, and choosing the right leadership is going to be paramount to our success as a community.

I urge and plead with you to do your research and choose the candidate that best represents you and your household! It is our great responsibility to choose our leaders, a failure to vote is a failure to let your voice be heard. And we are all about letting your voices be heard.
